4 Chicken breasts (or more, depending on number of people being served.)
Marinade: 1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. Dijon style wet mustard
1 Tbs. curry powder
2 Tbs. soy sauce
Place chicken skin side down (or remove skin for less fat)in flat baking dish, in one layer.
Make marinade, pour over chicken and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
When ready, turn chicken, cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for 45minutes -1 hour.
Baste occasionally while cooking. Spoon sauce over chicken when serving.
