"PUMKIN" BREAD

2 eggs

1 c. pumpkin ( use canned pumpkin)
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

1-3/4c. flour
1/2 tsp. each: baking powder, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts (optional) ,
1/2 c. raisins

Put eggs in a mixing bowl and beat well.
Add the pumpkin, sugar, water, oil and vanilla.  Stir well. 
Add the remaining ingredients.  Mix thoroughly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2hrs if using a long loaf pan. 
You can also use 2 small bread pans. 

This is a "good keeper" and freezes well.
