This make 7 dozen, or you can cut the ingredients in half if you prefer a smaller batch. 2 c. sugar 1, 16-oz. can pumpkin (=2 cups) 4 c. all purpose flour 2 c. raisins In a mixer, thoroughly cream together sugar & shortening. Drop rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet about 2" apart. |
