RHUBARD WALNUT BREAD

INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
2/3 CUP COOKING OIL
1 CUP SOUR MILK ( add 1 TBSP. white vinegar to sweet milk)
2 EGGS
2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1 TSP. EACH SALT, BAKING SODA & VANILLA
1 1/2 CUPS DICED RHUBARD
1/2 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS

DIRECTIONS:
Mix both sugars with oil, mix in eggs, beat well; then add milk. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans (9x5) or 1 long bread pan (12x3 1/2). Bake 350 for 1 hour or until center tests done..BE SURE CENTER IS COOKED THROUGH. Freezes well.
