This itinerary is a nice combination of ports of call and days at sea. You will have 10 luxurious nights on board to experience Holland America’s warm and unobtrusive style of service that is never in the way…and never out of reach. In order to have a full “canal” experience we have included a 7-hour excursion with lunch that will take you by catamaran through the lock system to learn about one of the largest and most difficult engineering projects ever undertaken.

• 1 night first class hotel accommodation in Fort Lauderdale pre cruise.

• Port Charges of $235 per person.
• Fuel Surcharge of $90 per person.
• A Panama Canal “Experience” Shore Excursion.
• ALL MEALS and ENTERTAINMENT while on board the msZuiderdam.
• Cancellation and Medical INSURANCE at a low group rate.
• Porterage of one piece of luggage throughout the trip.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Airfare; airline taxes; government fees and taxes of $233; shore excursions and all items of a personal nature .

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT:
An initial $800 per person deposit (including insurance coverage) is due to reserve your space at time of booking. Final payment is due in December, 2008 .

DOCUMENTATION:
For U.S. citizens, a passport that is valid until OCTOBER 2009 is required. If you travel with a different passport, please let us know .

CANCELLATION FEES:
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 75 days prior to departure. After this date the following penalties apply: Cancellations received 75 – 57 days prior to departure - $800 per person; cancellations received 56-29 days prior to departure – 50% of the trip cost; cancellations received 28 -16 days prior to departure- 75% of the trip cost and for cancellations received 15 days or less to departure – 100% of the trip cost. The cost of the insurance is non-refundable.

INSURANCE: Cape Cod Adventures and Northside Travel recognize the importance of trip cancellation insurance. Insurance policies provide protection in the event of trip cancellation due to unexpected medical reasons, pre-existing medical conditions, default of a supplier, trip interruption, personal injury and most importantly, provides you with peace of mind. The specially priced group insurance cost (regardless of your age!) has been included in the tour cost and will be effective upon receipt of your deposit. A complete Description of Coverage’s will be sent to you to review. NOTE: If you choose to be uninsured for this trip, the cost of the insurance will be deducted from the tour cost upon receipt of your Reservation Form waiving this valuable protection .

Cape Cod Adventures, Inc and Northside Travel, LLC exercise every care possible to ensure your comfort and safety. We act only in the capacity of agent for the passenger in all matters pertaining to all features of the tour. Cape Cod Adventures and Northside Travel do not own or have any interest in the supplier companies. As a result of our independent operation, we do not assume, and in fact, we expressly disclaim any liability or responsibility for personal injury, damage, delay and/or cancellation, or accident due to default of any person or company and/or alterations or substitutions in trip itineraries. We do retain the right to decline to accept anyone as a member of any tour at any time with cause.

Advancement of deposit to Cape Cod Adventures constitutes agreement to these terms.
