1. What is your tour season?
Our season runs from July through mid October.
2. What time do the tours operate?
We offer five different tours with starting times that vary. We offer two tours that start at 9AM and run for 3 ½ hours; two tours that start at 1PM and run for 4 hours and one full day tour that departs at 9AM and returns at 5PM… not to worry you’ll have a lunch break and bathroom stops!!
3. Where do you pick up these tours?
“Secrets” of Dennis and Yarmouth Port picks up from Patriots Square, Route 134 in Dennis
“Secrets” of Brewster, Harwich and Chatham picks up from Patriots Square, Route 134, Dennis.
“Secrets” of Hyannisport, Centerville and Chatham picks up from K-Mart Parking Lot, Route 132 Hyannis (across from the Cape Cod Mall)
“Secrets” of Barnstable and Sandwich picks up from K-Mart, Route 132, Hyannis (across from the Cape Cod Mall)
“Secrets” of the Lower Cape picks up from Route 124 Commuter Lot, Exit 10 from the Mid Cape Highway.
4. Do you offer hotel pick ups?
No, we do not offer this service since we need every minute of the time on tour to show all that we want!
5. Where can I park my car?
There is free parking at all pick up points.
6. What kind of bus will we travel on?
We will use a 29 passenger mini coach with picture windows unless we have to switch to a 14 passenger van fro fewer tour participants.
7. Are their rest rooms on board the mini coach?
No there are no facilities on board the coach but all tours will have bathroom stops.
8. Are eating and drinking permitted on the coach?
Yes, you may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages with you. A snack and bottle of water are included in the tour cost.
9. What happens if I am late?
A phone call advising us of your delay will be appreciated. However, if you are more than 5 minutes late we will not be able to wait for you.
We must maintain our schedule so PLEASE BE ON TIME OR EVEN BETTER EARLY.
10. Is there a lot of walking on your tours?
There is a moderate amount of walking on our tours but we do recommend that you are able to walk for at least 10 minutes at a time. You will be able to choose how much you want to do at any of the stops we make.
11. Are there any additional fees not included in the tour price?
No, there are not additional admission fees to any site we visit.
12. Are gratuities included?
No, while gratuities are not mandatory they are certainly appreciated by our profession guides. Our tour guides work very hard to make your experience a happy and memorable one. The customary gratuity is 10-20% of the total tour cost. We thank you in advance for valuing our guide’s efforts.
